Don Quijote

I have started working with an intermediate student an abridged online version of the book and I would like to know if you know any links or sites where I can find diiferent versions.

Interesting. We have always known it as "Don Quixote" here in India and that looks like the most popular one on Google too for the English version. Found this on authorSTREAM:

try "Quiote" that is how Americans spell it. When I am not St George the dragon slayer I feel like I am Don Quiote. I think that this generation needs to be introduced to him, my favorite Spanish book. It is critical to find a good translation. I never cared for Chaucer (Canterbury Tales) until I found a decent translation. Then, instead of an archane painful experience, it turned into a magical tale worthy of the Disney in all of us.
